Stacked pillows lose their angle. This doesn't.

Three memory foam pieces strap-lock into 20 supported positions — a low incline for sleep, a high angle for reading and recovery, leg elevation for circulation. Set it once; it's still holding in the morning.

  • Keeps reflux and snoring down, up to 12" of head-and-torso elevation keeps stomach acid where it belongs and airways open
  • Holds every position, a wide strap locks the three pieces together — no sliding, no rebuilding your pillow pile at 3 a.m.
  • Lives quietly in your home, folds flat with a carry handle, and the covers zip off for the wash

Overview

The Kopflo Terrace™ is a 3-piece adjustable wedge system that elevates the head, torso, or legs for acid reflux relief, reduced snoring, post-surgery recovery, and improved circulation. Assembled dimensions: 60 cm wide × 66 cm deep × 30.5 cm high (23.6" × 26" × 12"), with a 22 cm (8.66") contoured headrest pillow. The set consists of two velvet-covered wedge bases and a contoured memory foam headrest that connect via a wide hook-and-loop strap with adjustable buckles, locking each configuration in place through the night. Rearranging the three pieces produces 20 supported positions: low incline for sleeping (gentler angle for reflux and snoring), high incline for sitting up (reading, TV, recovery), knee and leg elevation (circulation, swelling, lower back relief), and combined head-plus-knee configurations. The top pillow uses a breathable quilted air-layer polyester cover; all covers are removable via zipper and washable. The system folds flat and carries by an integrated handle. Ideal for acid reflux and GERD, snoring, post-surgery recovery where elevation is required, leg swelling and circulation issues, and anyone replacing an unstable stack of pillows with a structure that keeps its angle.

Care

Remove all covers via their zippers. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; air dry flat or tumble dry on low. Wash covers every 3–4 weeks with regular use. Never wash the foam cores — if they get damp, blot with a towel and air dry fully before replacing the covers. Spot clean foam with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. New foam may carry a slight odor; air the pieces out for 24–48 hours in a ventilated room (away from direct sunlight) before first use. Store the system folded flat using the strap, or upright — avoid stacking heavy items on the foam for extended periods. If the hook-and-loop strap loses grip, clean it with a soft brush to remove lint.

Materials

Foam Cores: Each of the three pieces is cut from supportive memory foam chosen to hold its shape under full upper-body weight. The wedge bases are firm enough to maintain their incline for sitting and sleeping; the contoured headrest is softer to cradle the head and neck without collapsing the angle beneath it.

Strap-Lock System: A wide hook-and-loop strap with adjustable fabric buckles runs across the assembled pieces, holding each configuration in place. This is the structural difference between the Terrace™ and stacked pillows: the pieces cannot slide apart during the night. The strap adjusts in seconds when you change configurations.

Covers: The top pillow wears a breathable quilted air-layer polyester cover that promotes airflow between body and foam. The wedge bases are covered in a soft grey-blue velvet that resists sliding against bedding. All covers are removable via full-length zippers and machine washable.

Portability: The system folds flat and carries by an integrated handle — practical for moving between rooms or storing between recovery periods.

Man sleeping at a low incline on the Kopflo Terrace wedge system

Set the Incline Once. It Holds All Night.

Three memory foam pieces and a strap-lock system replace the unstable pillow stack. Configure a low incline for sleep, a high incline for reading or recovery, or leg elevation for circulation — 20 supported positions, each held in place until you change it.

Head, torso, knees, or legs — the same three pieces

One System. Twenty Positions.

Rearrange the two wedge bases and contoured headrest to move support where it's needed: under the torso for reflux and snoring, under the knees for lower-back pressure, or under the legs for circulation and swelling. The strap locks each arrangement, so it holds through the night instead of drifting apart like stacked pillows.

Hands folding the Kopflo Terrace system flat by its carry handle

Built to live in your home, not dominate it

Folds Flat. Carries Itself.

The strap doubles as a fold-lock: collapse the system flat, grip the integrated handle, and move it between rooms or store it under the bed. Zippered covers come off for washing in minutes. A recovery tool while you need it — out of sight when you don't.

Finally sleeping through the night

My reflux used to wake me up around 2am every night. Set the low incline the first evening and I actually slept until my alarm. Three weeks in and it hasn't shifted or gone flat like the pillows I used to stack.

Bought it for recovery, kept it for good

Needed to sleep upright after shoulder surgery. The high incline held me steady all night and I could reconfigure it for reading during the day. Honestly more comfortable than the hospital wedge they gave me.

The strap actually makes the difference

I was skeptical it would just slide apart like everything else. It doesn't. The pieces lock together and stay put even when I move around. Feels well made, not like a cheap foam wedge.

Frequently asked questions

Will it help my acid reflux even though I already take medication?
Elevating the head and torso is one of the most established non-drug approaches to nighttime reflux — gravity keeps stomach acid where it belongs. The Terrace™ holds a stable incline all night, unlike stacked pillows that flatten within hours. Most people use the lower incline configuration for sleeping. It works best alongside the usual measures: avoid eating 2–3 hours before bed, and keep taking prescribed medication as directed. If severe reflux persists, consult your doctor.
Does it help with snoring or sleep apnea?
Elevation prevents the tongue and soft tissue from collapsing backward into the airway, which reduces ordinary snoring for many sleepers. One important caveat: if you have diagnosed moderate-to-severe sleep apnea, this is not a substitute for CPAP therapy — though many CPAP users find the elevated position more comfortable. If you suspect undiagnosed sleep apnea (gasping at night, daytime exhaustion), see a doctor for a sleep study.
How do the 20 positions actually work?
The three pieces — two wedge bases and a contoured headrest — rearrange and strap together in different combinations: low incline for sleeping, high incline for reading or recovery, knee elevation, leg elevation, and combined setups. The wide hook-and-loop strap locks each arrangement so the pieces move as one unit. Changing configurations takes under a minute.
I'm recovering from surgery and need to sleep elevated. Is this suitable?
Yes — post-operative recovery is one of the most common uses. The high-incline configuration supports sitting up in bed during the day, and the low incline supports elevated sleeping at night. The strap-locked structure matters here: recovering patients shouldn't have to rebuild a pillow pile at 3 a.m. Follow your surgeon's guidance on the elevation angle required for your procedure.
Will it fit my bed, and is it big enough for me?
The assembled footprint is 60 cm wide × 66 cm deep (23.6" × 26") — a single-sleeper footprint that fits any bed from twin up, leaving your partner's side untouched. Maximum elevation is 30.5 cm (12"). Taller sleepers (over about 6'2") may find the torso support ends lower on the back; positioning the bases at the gentler angle extends the supported length.
