Poor neck support can lead to headaches, shoulder tension, and restless sleep. The Kopflo Harmony™ Cervical Pillow features a 2-in-1 ergonomic design with a contoured cervical side and a hollow side with armrest support for side sleepers. The result is improved neck alignment, reduced pressure on the shoulders, and more comfortable, restorative sleep.

Design

Overview

Most pillows make you pick one sleeping position and punish you for the other. The Harmony is built for people who switch: a 2-in-1 cervical pillow with a different height on each side. Flip to the lower side (3.5 in) and it holds the natural curve of your neck for back sleeping; flip to the higher side (4.5 in) and it fills the gap between head and shoulder for side sleeping, keeping your cervical spine in neutral alignment either way.

A butterfly contour with a central head cradle keeps you centred so you do not roll off, while raised edges support the neck's curve. Dual-density memory foam keeps its shape night after night, firmer 45D in the support zones and softer 35D in the head cradle. The quilted centre panel is soft and cooling; the raised mesh edges add airflow so heat never builds.

24 x 14 in, 1.1 kg. Made for combination sleepers, couples with different preferences, and anyone with neck pain who wants versatile cervical support.

Care

The Kopflo Harmony™ cover is removable via a zipper on the side. Remove the cover and hand wash in cold water with mild, fragrance-free detergent—the quilted center and mesh edges require gentle care to maintain their structure and breathability. Do not machine wash, as agitation can damage the quilted pattern and mesh fabric. Air dry flat in a well-ventilated area; do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight, which can degrade the mesh and fade the white quilted fabric. Wash the cover every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene. The dual-density memory foam core should never be washed; if it gets wet, blot with a towel and air dry completely in a well-ventilated area before replacing the cover. To maintain the pillow's shape and support, avoid sitting or placing heavy objects on it—the contoured cervical curves are precisely engineered and can deform under excessive weight. Store flat or on its side when not in use. If the pillow develops an odor, remove the cover and air out the foam core for 24-48 hours in a well-ventilated area. The foam may have a slight odor when new; air it out for 24-48 hours before first use. Fluff and reshape the pillow periodically by gently pressing and releasing the foam to maintain optimal support.

Materials

Core: Dual-density memory foam engineered for cervical support and comfort. The raised cervical support edges (both sides) use firm 45D memory foam that maintains the contoured shape under head and neck weight—this firmness is essential for providing structural support and maintaining proper cervical alignment throughout the night. The central head cradle uses medium 35D memory foam that's softer and more cushioning, providing comfort while the firmer edges handle the support work. CertiPUR-US certified (free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and formaldehyde).

Dual-Height Design: The pillow features two different height profiles. The lower side has a cervical curve height of 3.5 inches, optimized for back sleepers—this height maintains the neck's natural lordotic curve (slight inward curve) without pushing the head too far forward, which would strain cervical muscles. The higher side has a cervical curve height of 4.5 inches, optimized for side sleepers—this height fills the space between the head and shoulder (created by shoulder width), keeping the cervical spine in neutral alignment (parallel to the mattress). Both sides use the same ergonomic contour shape; only the height differs.

Butterfly Shape: The central depression (head cradle) keeps your head centered on the pillow and prevents it from rolling off during sleep. The raised contoured edges on both sides support the neck's natural cervical curve, cradling the neck while supporting the head. This shape distributes weight evenly across the head and neck, reducing pressure points that can cause discomfort or numbness.

Cover - Center Section: Breathable white quilted fabric that's soft against skin and provides a cooling surface. The quilted pattern adds a layer of plush comfort and enhances breathability by creating air channels. The white color reflects heat rather than absorbing it, contributing to a cooler sleep surface.

Cover - Cervical Edges: Grey breathable mesh fabric on the raised cervical support areas enhances airflow and prevents heat buildup in the neck area—this is important because the neck is prone to overheating during sleep. The mesh is durable and maintains its structure through repeated use and washing.

Stop Choosing Between Back and Side Sleeping—Dual-Height Cervical Pillow Adapts to Both Positions by Simply Flipping

Reversible cervical pillow with two different height profiles (3.5" and 4.5") provides optimal neck support for back sleepers on one side and side sleepers on the other—flip the pillow to match your sleep position

Flip it to match your sleep position

Two Heights. One Pillow.

The 3.5-inch side holds the neck's natural curve for back sleeping; flip it and the 4.5-inch side fills the shoulder gap for side sleeping. Firm 45D foam in the cervical edges keeps the contour from collapsing, while the 35D head cradle stays soft where your head rests.

Dual-density, considered construction

Firm Where It Counts.

Support edges and cushioning cradle are cut from different foams on purpose: structure for the neck, comfort for the head. The quilted center and grey mesh edges keep air moving, and the cover zips off for washing.

Wake up without neck pain now

I used to get up with a stiff, sore neck most mornings. This holds my neck properly and that's gone. Flipping to the taller side when I'm on my side is perfect.

Right height however I sleep

I switch between back and side and no pillow ever suited both. The two heights fixed my neck ache because I finally get proper support in both positions.

Neck feels supported all night

My partner and I both had neck issues and this sorted them for both of us on different sides. Firm right where it needs to be, no more morning aches.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which side to use — and do I flip it every time I change position at night?
Match the pillow to your primary sleep position: the lower 3.5-inch side for back sleeping, the higher 4.5-inch side for side sleeping. No need to flip it every time you shift at night — most people set it for their main position and it works well across brief changes.
I'm a side sleeper — how do I know if 4.5 inches is right for me?
The 4.5-inch side suits average shoulder widths (roughly 14–18 inches). A quick test: lying on your side, your neck should sit parallel to the mattress — not angled up or down. Narrow shoulders may prefer the 3.5-inch side; very broad shoulders may need a taller pillow like the Kopflo Align™.
I have chronic neck pain from an old injury. Will this help or make it worse?
Contoured support prevents the neck from bending into awkward positions overnight, which is a common pain driver. Expect a 3–5 night adjustment period. If your pain stems from a specific condition — herniated disc, stenosis, whiplash — check with your doctor or physical therapist first, and stop if pain increases.
It looks quite firm in the photos. Is it too hard?
The cervical edges are deliberately firm (45D) so they hold their shape under your head's weight; the central cradle is a softer 35D where your head actually rests. Coming from a soft, fluffy pillow it will feel firmer for the first few nights — that's the support working, not a flaw.
Can I use a pillowcase without ruining the contour?
Yes — a standard queen case (20 × 30 in) fits, and a thin cotton or bamboo case won't affect the contours. Skip thick quilted cases. Wash the pillow's own cover every 3–4 weeks even if you use a case.
